I'm a man who likes anal play and I can't do it anymore because of Colitis. Please tell me it's possible with a J Pouch? I have a rectal stump so can the surgeon leave enough room back there to enjoy my sexuality. So many sites say that it's not possible which scares me that I can't have my sexuality. Yes, your surgeon is right. It is not recommended to have any sort of frictional action with J pouch. The Jejunal is not strong enough to bear any sort of physical friction. Tears in the layer can occur if attempted.

If that is the case then why didn't I just die because now I can't have the one feeling that i liked in my life and everything seems pointless as now I just hate everything because I can't feel anything.
