Brief Answer:
Water resistant sunscreen, moisturizing lotion
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In swimming it’s very important to go for a water resistant sunscreen 15-20 minutes before entering the swimming pool and again reapply it once the swimming session gets over.
Also take a bath before entering the pool and again once you have completed your swimming.
Sometimes water in the pool can cause dryness. In that case use a moisturizing lotion containing white soft paraffin on the entire body 2-3 times in a day.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
