How Can Pain And Numbness In The Right Hand And Burning And Tingling Sensations In The Fingers With Pain In The Palm Be Treated?

neuropathy, there are different possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain, burning, tingling and numbness are due to neuropathy (abnormal nerve function). There are different causes and it can be temporary or permanent.
Some of the more common causes are:
(1) Trauma to the nerves eg arthritis or other change in the neck or shoulder region or compression of the nerves due to abnormal positioning.
(2) Diabetes
(3) Liver or kidney disease
(4) Thyroid disease
(5) Low vitamin B12 or folate
(6) Abnormal level of vitamin b6
(7) MS, stroke and other neurological conditions
Though in many or most persons the cause is not serious or temporary, it would be best to be seen so the cause can be determined if the symptoms persist.
This would involve physical examination and at least imaging (X-ray of neck and shoulder). Blood tests may be necessary.
Treatment would depend on the exact cause but there are certain meds that help with neuropathy eg gabapentin, lyrica, tegretol, amitriptyline
These meds have different uses , one of the uses is to reduce the symptoms of neuropathy if meds are necessary.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
