Brief Answer:
Hello. It depends on various factors

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So prostate cancer spreads to bones if cancer is of high score, or PSA level is high or tumor is long standing. It usually affects spine or thigh bone. We have various drugs for pain like opioids, anti inflammatory drugs and bisphosphonate drugs. Prostate cancer usually is a slow growing disease and patient survive for 5 years or more even in stage 4 disease.
Thanks and regards
