Take treatment as advised, visit to a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Painful involvement of neck or shoulder region can be due to diabetes associated frozen shoulder.
In absence of weakness, you can take gabapentin for pain relief.
Physiotherapy under guidance should be done.
Pain killers like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be taken.
