How Can Pain In The Thigh Muscles Be Treated?
Question: Both legs experience considerable pain in my Quad muscles when I walk. The pain occurs midway between my knees and my hips.
Brief Answer:
Get xray done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
At this agecthe pain usually occurs due to diabetes, nerve compression etc.
So get fasting blood sugar levels, xray lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view and send me the reports.
Nerves which supply thigh region comes from lumbar region and get compressed if there occurs disc problem.
In xray I wany to see present condition of disc spaces.
Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor.
Apply hot packs.
Avoid any type of exercise.
I hope you got the point.
Thanks,
