Question: I'm 37 and have a frenulum due to circumcision when I was a baby. It hasn't bothered me until now, it's on the upper part just before the glans. My questions are, can it be removed? What is the recovery time? Who to see to get it removed and what is the average cost involved?

Thanks very much Dr Chandrakant. It there no apparent physical pain, just psychological effects of seeing there and all of a sudden I'm concerned about hygiene.
