Brief Answer:
Topical anti fungal cream & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
For a fungal infection on the penis I would recommend you to apply topical anti fungal like sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
If it is associated with itching take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Steroid anti fungal combination cream

Detailed Answer:
You can upload the pictures either under the report section or mail them to YYYY@YYYY as “ Attention: Dr Asmeet.”
Alternatively if its not responding to sertaconazole it might not be a fungal infection.
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid anti fungal cream like mometasone and clotrimazole combination cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-12 days.

Brief Answer:
Either psoriasis or eczema, topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is not looking like fungal infection.
It could be either eczema or psoriasis.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This should improve it.
