How Can Persistent Low BP Levels With Chest Pain And Numbness Be Treated?

Question: Hi Sir. .when ever she argues with any one she will having low BP and heart beat, and also pain under the chest and middle of the chest. and also hands and legs having numbness. it is happening from last 2years. all types of tests done and all are normal only. still she is not getting any solution for this. please help us provide solution immediate recovery. thanks Pxxxx

After going through the medical details provided by you nd I would like to tell you that if all test are negative and she gets all these symptoms during emotional overload only then predominantly she has an anxiety disorder.

But before I give you my opinions I would like to know more about her medical history if she is suffering from any medical illness and what medications is she taking?

Kindly attach/upload the medical reports of ECG, Echocardiography if she has got them done.
