How Can Persistent Low Energy Levels Be Treated?

Many causes for fatigue
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many causes for feeling tired and having low energy.
You really need to see a doctor and get some basic lab tests done to make sure there is not an easily treatable problem like low thyroid or anemia.
If that test is normal then your doctor may want to have you tested for sleep apnea. People with sleep apnea feel like they are getting plenty of sleep but it is not restorative sleep so they always feel tired.
If you did not feel so tired before you starting jogging, then perhaps your body is not used to this and you need to back off to perhaps every other day until your body can adjust to the extra energy that you are using.
Also take a look at your diet and make sure you are getting plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and enough protein.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

back off on the exercise
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If it only started after you started jogging then it is best to back down to less exercising and let your body get adjusted to the increased exercise.
If I were to advise a patient about beginning to jog I would tell them to start with a short jog every other day. Gradually build up the amount and slowly over 6 months or so to build up to jogging every day.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
