Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen 1000 of young men bothered with this kind of complaints.
Actually, it is normal and common for men to have such complaints and relate it to physical exhaustion and leg cramps.
If spermatorrhoea does not happen we need to get a sperm analysis, so if you have its good sign. You have become a man and you are capable of procreation.
For the exhaustion, I suggest you get blood counts, serum electrolytes, Serum VitD3, and Vit B12 tests.
You have anxiety as the main problem and it needs a psychologist to consult mainly.
Men produce spermatozoa every day since age 18. This sperm would combine with prostate and seminal fluid to form sperm.
But unfortunately, they do not have a storehouse to store it. So they have to emit it out every day either in the form of masturbation or sexual intercourse.
If you do not have these in your daily life you tend to ooze out sperm through early morning urine or any other time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Not sexual disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think you should practise masturbation without anxiety. No one would know what is happening to you with masturbation. You should improve your confidence before you actually take a plunge into the sexual life.
As you gain experience and start receiving pleasures during masturbation you would understand your orgasms.
You just need some self confidence and counseling for anxiety.
Hence I suggest a Psychologist counseling.
Hope I have answered your query.
