How Can Prune Belly Be Cosmeticall Corrected In A 55

Question: How can prune belly be cosmeticall corrected in a 55 year old ? I don’t have stomach wall , bladder and have had 2 kidney transplants and have a ileo conduit wearing a bag on my right side for urine and have had it since I was 10 days old.The testicles like many of prune belly cases didn’t drop down from behind the abdominal wall so were brought down at age 13 and then again at 14 the other was brought down. The second kidney transplant was done much like the first ( Kidney put in upside down and urine flowing up and out the ileo loop.). Thanks for letting me tell my story.

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you had been a victim of Prone belly syndrome and has undergone multiple surgeries through out your life .
Considering your age ,correction of defect in abdominal wall which has already been scarred due to multiple surgeries done so far would be a very drastic procedure and technically would be challenging and may not be successful as far as results of the surgery are concerned hence I would personally think it to be not possible .
