How Can Pus Cells, Epithelial Cells And RBC In Semen Be Interpreted When Diagnosed With Hydroceles?
Question: hi ,
i am 30 years old unmarried guy.
i recently came to know small hydrocele in my both sacs.
in my semen analysis i got this
sperm count->98 million/ ml
sperm motility activity 67
sluggish 20
non motile 13
pus cell 2-3
epithelial cell 0-1
rbc 1-2
morphology--> normal-85% abnormal-15%
what does pus cell,epithelial cell and rbc cell stands in semen
is anything worry?

As far as your sperm analysis report is concerned, you have nothing to be worried about. The pus cell, red blood cell (RBC) and epithelial cells are within normal range while in infection, it increases.
Secondly, as per your ultrasound report, you have hydrocele. You need to visit your doctor [Urologist] and if it is causing any problem then please discuss surgical procedure like [hydrocelectomy]. It is a minor surgical procedure.

then why RBC cell come, I don't have any uti. while I just undergoes fistula operation and I took antibiotics daily. I am worried about RBC in report

Now, at present, you have no infection and your ultrasound report indicate that your prostate size is normal and no abnormal growth is present, therefore, we have ruled out the most common day to day pathological disorders. In my opinion, discuss this with your urologist to do a cystoscopy alone. If it is normal, there is nothing to be worried at all.
