How Can Recent Symptoms Of Chest Pressure And Shortness Of Breath Be Managed?
Question: Recent chest pressure, shortness of breath.
Brief Answer:
ECG
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Chest discomfort and shortness of breath which sometimes associated with sweating can be a sign of heart attach (Myocardial Ischemia).
This has to be ruled out by an ECG or a TMT (Treadmill test). If either of the tests comes positive for ischemia then you may have to get an Angiography to ascertain the problem and to determine the severity.
If both the above tests turn up normal, then the possibility of gastritis must be considered. Taking antacids for few days may help you then.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
ECG
