Hi,
I thank you for posting your query here and I am definitely going to help you out..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
Please note..
1. You are having multiple issues.. And I am sure, few are not related to the previous surgery.
I will take up the issues one by one and discuss.
2. Severe Abdominal pain.
This needs evaluation, whether this is the complication of the previous surgery or the fresh one.
Hence, basic an Abdominal Scan USG will help.
3. Headache may be due to the stress..
4. Nausea again is a symptom of GI upset..
5. Lymph nodes in neck are not specific. If you feel significant, get an FNAC of those nodes.
6. Rectal bleeding due to Hemorrhoids or Fissure..
Needs surgical opinion.
