Brief Answer:
Fungal infection/ acanthosis nigricans/dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and there are few possibilities:
either fungal infection or acanthosis nigricans or dermatitis.
I would recommend you to for potassium hydroxide examinations of the scraping, TSH, fasting serum insulin levels and fasting blood sugar levels to rule out fungal infection after acanthosis nigricans.
Is she having itching on the affected skin?
What is the duration of the rash?
Does it disappear completely on application of steroid antibiotic cream?
As far as boil is concerned it could be associated with the rash.
You can apply a plain antibiotic like mupirocin cream on the pus secreting areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
