Brief Answer:
May require Knee joint replacement.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have read the description and it does appear that you are in too much pain due to Osteoarthritis in the knee joint.

In my practice, if you have rest pain and are unable to carry out activities of daily living, then I would go for Knee Replacement Surgery, Where both knee joints are replaced with artificial knees.

You can discuss all the pros and cons with your doctor.

Thanks for the question.
