Brief Answer:
Yeast infection, apply topical antifungal cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the newly attached pictures.
According to your complaints you seem to be having yeast infection which is quite common in diabetes.
You need to apply a topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream or Miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this keep your blood sugar levels under control and keep the area dry.
This should help in subsiding your problem.
