How Can Residual Tumor In The Urinary Bladder After TURBT Be Treated?
My brother had a huge mass in his bladder few months ago, Doctors did TURBT and remove his mass from his bladder 99%. By the grace of GOD the tumor was benign. I will attach all the reports from the beginning. and recent reports as well. Initially he was having severe pain in his bladder and blood in urine. Now by the grace of GOD he is better but still having pain not that severe and still blood in his urine, some times. Doctor told him that they will do MRI , and told him that they there is small mass now about 0.6 which they cant remove completely so they want to block the vein which is going to that mass i believe or to stop the blood in urine. i dont know exactly
i have just uploaded the previous reports which was initially done by doctors, now i am attaching recent reports which was done this month
Mostly he has residual tumor

Hello
Thanks for query .
I have gone through our previous discussion on your brother's problem and with recent scan I think he has residual tumor of size of 0.6cm .Considering the vascular origin of the tumor your Uro Oncologist has rightly advised you to go for coil embolization of a vessels that supplies blood to the tumor mass .
This is a procedure where a coil is pushed in a artery that supplies blood to the tumor mass .This cuts off the blood supply to the tumor which eventually leads to death of a tumor mass which will help to stop bleeding from tumor mass and into urine,
This is a non invasive procedure and offers excellent and permanent cure.
Do write if you need any more clarification .

Hello
Thanks for follow up
Inflamation following surgery of TURBT takes time to heal up Hence it is common to have pain for few months
Take pain killers like Brufen or Diclofenac twice daily.
As regards your query about banana, ginger juice etc I have no knowledge about efficacy of these items . You may take your own decision

Dr gave him two different pain killers one is VOREN 50mg and the other one is NUEBROL FORT . but told him to take either one not both of them. Hello
Thanks for follow up .
After resection of tumor in bladder a raw there is a area which takes few months to heal up completely and to be as normal as rest of the bladder mucosa /Hence one gets episodes of pain once in a while .It takes few months to get the things normalize .
For raised Uric acid ask your Dr to prescribe medicine to lower it down .
Thanks and Regards.
