Suggestions on Urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hi... I have seen both the images.
This looks like a simple urticaria or a simple sort of skin allergy.
You can use syrup Benadryl 5 ml 3 times a day for a period of 3 days and it will settle.
Do not apply any topical calamine lotion, sometimes it can aggravate the Rash.
You can apply topical emollients if you want, thrice a day till the rash subsides.
This may or may not be related to the seasonal allergies.
You mentioned about low WBC count.
Can you upload the CBC report which you have in hand?

Brief Answer:
Suggestions on Hives
Detailed Answer:
Hi...as his platelet count and hemoglobin are normal and the lymphocytes are slightly o the higher side than neutrophils this slightly lower WBC count need not be worried about.
This is a normal report.
Hives may last from 3 to 10 days.
Most important thing to be remembered is that it has a propensity to recur (called as second crop) within 10-14 days. If this happens, you can start using the same medicine but I suggest you get the kid evaluated with your pediatrician.
