Brief Answer:
Asthama
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query.
If you need inhaler 10 times a day, it is severe asthma. You should visit emergency and take nebulisation and other medicines before landing into any complications.
Nebulisation helps in a much better way than inhaler.
You might need anti asthmatic medicines as well.
Any further queries are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX for your suggestion, I went through nebulization earlier long ago, but it is not a long term solution again after some day same thing will repeat again. And What do you mean by anti asthmatic medicines ??
I visited Doctor long ago, and he prescribed me medicines like Omnacortil-10mg and Deriphylin ,I used those sometimes but not all the time.
Thanks,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
Asthma is An allergic disorder. Any acute attack needs to be managed with nebulizers, injectable and other medicines otherwise patient is maintained on inhalers and tablets like anti asthmatics and steroids. All the medicines need to be prescribed by a doctor and the doses are adjusted as per symptoms.
So my advise is you should get yourself examined by a pulmonologist and start the treatment.
You should visit the doctor asap because severe asthma can be fatal.
You are always welcome with any further questions.
Wish you get well soon.
Thanks and regards
