How Can Severe Headaches Be Treated?

Question: Dear Dr Ratnesh,
I have been taking the medication u prescribed me for over a month now but sadly there is no difference this month. My headaches were better for the first 10 days but now again I have started getting them a lot and are very severe. My flight timings are very erratic and of long durations. I am having a very tuff time with my headaches. Stress also triggers my headaches.
My DNS problem remains the same. I am still using nasal drops a before especially during bed time.
I am attaching the screenshot of the medicine's prescribed by you last time.
Thanking you

Hello Doctor
I understand my problem will take time as they are deep rooted especially DNS. I wanted to know how long should I continue taking these particular medicines or when should I contact you next for next line of treatment or I have to continue taking the same medication for 1-2 months.
Regards
