Brief Answer:
Start a short course of antibiotics

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your description it seems like your sinusitis has caused lung congestion and thus causes diffuse chest pain especially when you are coughing.
The stomach related problems are not related to sinus infection. It could be due to gastritis and acid reflux which can cause difficulty in swallowing and abdominal discomfort.
Nothing to worry as it can be treated well with antibiotics and supportive measures.

Start a short course of antibiotics for five to seven days preferably amoxicillin clavulanate combination. Take antipyretic likes paracetamol for fever and pain. Do frequent steam inhalation to open up blocked sinuses.
Stomach discomfort maybe due to gastritis or secondary to lung congestion. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole.

If abdominal discomfort persist even after subsiding sinusitis, consult a gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
