Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Okay. Your blood reports are normal except for slightly high triglycerides. I would suggest you to exercise regularly. Daily walking for at least half an hour. Avoid oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water.

You can repeat lipid profile after 3 months of dieting and exercise. I am sorry I didn't understand how much is your BP. Can you please mention it correctly if you can remember.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

AST and ALT are slightly raised that is due to some minor inflammation or due to your autoimmune disorder. Nothing to worry. To increase good cholesterol regular exercise and including olive oil or having a handful of dates will help. Include legumes and whole grains in your diet.

Omega 3 fatty acid which are found in fish is good if you are a non-vegetarian. Quit smoking and alcohol if you do. There is no need to take medicines for it as of now as the values are not very high. Start with dieting and exercise.

PDW is the platelet volume. That is okay. Platelet count is important and that is normal.

I hope this answers your query.
