I have red color 13 red small ulcers on my penis head and under the foreskin. They have defined border, red in color, opened, no puss, very little itchy and non painful. Today is 4th day. Started with 3 spots have 13 now. I have no burning sensation and problems while peeing

I can see multiple, well defined erosions on glans and prepuce. This looks very much like genital herpes. For a confirmatory diagnosis I suggest you to take a DNA PCR for HSV from one of those lesions.
