Brief Answer:
Fatty liver and renal stones.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Have seen report of USG it says you have two problems.

1) fatty liver.

The observation of bright liver echo pattern on ultrasound is commonly considered a sign of hepatic steatosis. In easy words it could be suggestive of mild fat deposition in liver termed as fatty liver. Most likely you are having non alcoholic fatty liver(would assume that you are non alcoholic). As age of a person increases fat began to accumulate in various parts of body like blood vessels(atherosclerosis) or liver(fatty liver),Its very natural and a part of process called aging.

However in some patients usually obese or sedentary these changes may be there in early age also. The amount of fatty acid in the liver depends on the balance between the processes of delivery and removal. As the age increases the number of transporter cells which carry fat from liver to peripheral parts(for utilization decreases);Causing increased deposition of these fatty acids in liver.
Initially would suggest you following tests to rule out the cause of fatty changes at young age-
Serology
Liver function tests
If both these tests are normal then i would suggest you to keep a check on your diet or take diet i would suggest you.
This would help to revert back the changes soon.
some food plans are-
- Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
- Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
- Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.
- Avoid red meat.
Try to switch over to veg diet.
Take anti oxidants daily.
- Silibinin, also known as silybin, is the major active constituent of silymarin, a standardized extract of the milk thistle seeds, containing a mixture of flavonolignans consisting of silibinin, isosilibinin. It should be taken two times a day. Its a very potent liver rejenuvator and is very effective in maintaining liver healthy.

Ayurvedic tablet Liv 52 should be taken once daily.

2)Stone in both the kidney - Medicines are usually not effective. Go for lithotripsy in which laser beams are used to crush the stones and then they drain out through normal urination process.
However you can try taking tablet Cystone 2 tablet twice daily.
Drink plenty of water 4 liters a day.
If still symptoms persists go for lithotripsy.
For pain you can take Ultracet tablet as and when required.

Hope i was helpful.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Prominence may be due to inflammation or infection due to presence of stone.

As of now treatment is to get the stone out of your kidneys as long as they are there in kidneys they would cause inflammation or infection. However to rule out infection urine routine and microscopy test can be done. If there is infection a short term course of antibiotic cefixime 200 mg twice daily with anti inflammatory like diclofenac 50 mg twice daily can be taken.
In case you are not going for lithotripsy then a intra venous pyelogram should be done.
Norflox single tablet a day is a suboptimal dose and won't help.

Thanks.
