How Can Swelling In The Upper Lip After Consuming Loquat Fruit Be Treated?

Question: Upper lip swollen. no physical trauma nor infection known of.
(female, 75 yrs). No pain except when drinking hot fluids. Only suspicion I have is that I ate several loquat fruits from my tree 2 days ago.
I am using ice pack to reduce the swelling. No obvious result since I have just started 10 min ago.
Swelling is obvious, maybe half again the size of my normal lip.
I appreciate your take on how to treat this problem, hopefully to be able to go out in public for Easter.
