Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Seems like you have cellulitis which is causing swelling of the lower leg.
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid (625mg) or Cephalexin (500mg), thrice daily for a week.
In addition to this, you may take a tab Cetirizine once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
You may take an oral anti-inflammatory e.g Ibuprofen, twice daily, for symptomatic relief from pain.
Once cellulitis resolves you may follow up for the itchy rash which is perhaps due to eczematous dermatitis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
