Brief Answer:
An infection

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It seems that you have caught either a bacterial or viral throat infection, that is why I would like you to take your temperature to see if you have a fever.

Also, you should take an analgesic such as Ibuprofen tablets 400mg every eight hours together with an antihistaminic (eg. Cetirizine 10mg) once daily before going to bed to relieve the congestion and decrease the discharge.

To relieve your stomach symptoms then please take Omeprazole once daily. If no improvement despite this, then you will need to schedule an appointment with your doctor to get a prescription for an antibiotic.

I hope you find this helpful.
Regards
