Brief Answer:
Seems like viral fever.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms you have suggestive of viral fever. These are not related to thyroid.
As of now you can take paracetamol tablets twice or thrice a day for fever and body ache.

Drink plenty of water and take bed rest. Domperidone can be taken in case of nausea and prefer soft diet for couple of days.
Generally everything will be settled in three or four days and incase of persistent symptoms you can consult a physician and get evaluated.

Wishing you good health
