Brief Answer:
Use emollients containing Lauromacrogols and urea for skin itchiness

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

One of the functions of the lymphatic systems is to drain excess fluid from tissues and fight for infections. In lymphedema, skin becomes dry, thick and susceptible to infections. Therefore it is important to take care of the skin.

If there are no active infections use emollients containing Lauromacrogols and urea (Balneum Plus or E45 itch relief cream) twice a day to keep a skin moisture. The emollient relieves itchiness and prevents dryness of your skin.

Also, please take care of your skin: gently clean and properly dry without rubbing, avoid extreme temperatures, hot bath or direct sunlight to the skin.

Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you
