Hi
Thanks for your query.

The ain could be because of infection. Kindly upload urine examination and urine culture and sensitivity report, so that I am better able to help.

Which syrup is provided by doctor?

No protein trace is not an issue unless there are other symptoms of kidney problem. Will repeat the test after antibiotics, to confirm.

Brief Answer:
Surgery mostly not required

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Tight foreskin is normal at your baby's age. You may watch for symptoms like ballooning of skin while urinating, sore foreskin, inability to pull it back by age > 3 yrs, thick discharge under foreskin. In such a case, surgery can be done.

Yes it can heal to some extent by applying steroid cream for few weeks. It can have side effects. By surgery, doctor meant circumcision. It is a routine, safe procedure and its done when foreskin is tight. Many babies are routinely circumcised for cultural beliefs. Don't pull foreskin back forcibly. If it gets stuck, you will need to see surgeon immediately.

Kidney symptoms like puffiness of face and body, itchy skin, change in urine frequency and daily output, fever, pain abdomen. It may also happen if high sugar levels in blood.
