Question : Dozens of tiny welts on both palms, feel like tiny splinters, sensitive to heat, some on soles, rash on chin, developing around lower nose, eyebrows.

Now in day three. Otherwise in excellent health.

Hi,

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas.
