How Can Vaginal Bleeding With Pain Radiating From The Right Side Below The Ribs To The Low Hip?

A vaginal bleeding that is irregular and is continuing for a month is worrisome and needs treatment.
There are several causes for having such bleeding commonest being:-
-Female hormone imbalance,
-Uterine fibroids,
-Disorders of the uterine lining,
-Uterine, ovarian or cervical tumor,
-Hypothyroidism,
-Endometrial hyperplasia,
-Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, to name a few.
The management of this condition would require treatment with progesterone to stabilize the endometrium and reduce bleeding along with hemostatic agents like ethamsylate or tranexamic acid. Oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) will be helpful too.
The pain on the right side can be due to intestinal cause or a renal infection or urinary stone. An Ultrasound scan is needed to find the cause.
I'd suggest consulting your OB-GYN who can do the needful investigations and initiate the proper therapy.
Meanwhile, start taking iron supplements to combat excessive blood loss from your body.
