Brief Answer:
Possible gallbladder stones
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This may indicate gallbladder stones, so it would be good to do an ultrasound of abdomen and check liver markers since the X-ray would not show it.
Also, in some cases, high urinary stones may mimic this pain as well and ultrasound may show it to. I'd suggest doing urine culture also to see if there is a urinary infection.
For the pain, you can take Acetaminophen(Tylenol). If still no relief then stronger painkiller like Tramadol 50mg (prescription based medication) can be taken, drink plenty of fluids and have an easier diet.
I hope I have answered your query. Wish you a good health.
