Due to our daily activity we all should try the following suggestions more often, please try all of these whenever convenient:
-At work or play, take regular breaks especially in an air-conditioned room
-Look away from computer screens or books every 20 minutes (at least)
-Close your eyes for a minute or longer and squeeze them
-Wash your face with water
-Close your eyes and rotate your eyeballs
-Change the environment (may be look outside the window into something colorful and visually relaxing)
-Use direct cooling like a slice of cucumber (to be placed on each eyelid), close your eyes with the slices on the eyelids for about 5 minutes (at least)
-If at all you still struggle, then eye drops containing propylene glycol can help, but these should be taken only by prescription
