Brief Answer:
That's not off and on phenomenon.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Enlarged prostate is not an off and on phenomenon.
If you have an enlarged prostate you have it!
However the symptoms may vary from time to time.
A lot many times a person with enlarged prostate has no associated symptoms.

To detect prostate cancer we simply get serum PSA levels done and if any doubt is seem we go for prostate biopsy.

So, as discussed, take a break and re start it and let's see what happens!

If you have any further query, please ask me.
