How Could They See Heart Monitor Electrodes On A Lumber

Question: How could they see heart monitor electrodes on a lumber spine X-ray? The monitors were in the front only. Could it be something else like a tumor/ lesion? Doesn’t make sense how they could see that from that view.
LUMBAR SPINE FINDINGS:
Mineralization and alignment are satisfactory. No acute fracture or
subluxation. Pedicles are intact. SI joints are symmetrical. Soft tissues
demonstrate no acute abnormalit
