Question: My cholesterol is high.
CHOLESTEROL, TOTAL: 305
TRIGLYCERIDES:129
HDL CHOLESTEROL:38 Low
LDL CHOLESTEROL, DIRECT: 246 High

NON HDL CHOLESTEROL: 267 High
CHOL/HDL RATIO 8.0 High
LDL/HDL RATIO: 6.5 High

what i need to do control it. I do exercise regularly.

Your cholesterol levels are high and may require medication. If this is the first time you are getting to know about it I would suggest you to start dieting with regular exercise( minimum 30 mins of walking everyday) and repeat your lipid profile after 3 months.
