The system got my gender wrong. I am male.

These are the medications, I want to stop:
1. Clonotril (Clonazepam) 1 mg
2. Geodon (Ziprasidone) 40 mg x 2
3. Efexor XR (Venlafaxine) 75 mg x 2

You can gradually taper these medications and stop it.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I understand your concern towards your addiction to psycho-medications.

But, nothing to worry, these medications can be slowly tapered and stopped as advised.

So, you can take clonazepam 0.5 mg for 1 week, and 0.25mg for another week and stop.
Ziprasidone 40 mg for 1 week, 20 mg for 1 more week, 10 mg for another week and then stop.

Venlafexine 75mg for 1week, half tablet of 75 mg for 2 weeks and then stop.
