Brief Answer: complete the course Detailed Answer: Hello Pylera is a drug used in the treatment of pylori infection . You need to complete the full course of the drug to see any improvement. Your symptoms will diminish. You will feel less nauseous and get your appetite back. There is a chance of ulcers in the stomach due to infection which will take longer to heal. However only an endoscopy can confirm the ulcers and the healing of the same. Moreover you symptoms will start improving but it will take at least a week or two for them to go away. Make sure you complete the course or the infection will remain. Let me know if I can assist you further.
