How Do I Prevent/cure Root Warts On The Bottom Of

Question: How do I prevent/cure root warts on the bottom of my feet. My personal doctor says to keep doing what I've been doing (breaking the blister/knotty tissue and letting it dry out)..
I have good hygiene and wear flip flops in any shower used by others.

Foot warts usually go away on its own and there is no need for treatment.

So, I totally agree with your doctor and his advice.

Other recommendation that I can give are:

Use over the counter gels or ointments that contains salicylic acid to treat locally the warts.

You can also try duct tape as home treatment.
You can put it on the warts and let it for some hours to be effective.

Another optional treatment is freezing the warts with liquid nitrogen. This is a procedure done by the dermatologist and is very effective.

Hygiene is very important, you should wash and dry frequently the area and use cotton socks.
