Brief Answer:
No need to be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing your medical query I can understand your concern but as per the information provided by you, your HBA1c levels are absolutely within normal limits and there is nothing to be worried about.

All you have to do is to maintain healthy lifestyle routine which should include

1. Healthy high protein low carb diet
2. Plenty of water intake
3. No smoking
4. Daily brisk morning walk for atleast 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
