Hello,

As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance. But as you missed your period it could be an anovulatory cycle. Get your urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, if pregnancy is not there, you can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.

Get your pelvic ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness
Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test.

I have already taken the test it’s negative so I wanted to ask what should I do to get my periods.
I am doing my exercise etc. if I need to use any tablet which tablet should I use to get my periods?
