Hello,
Thanks for posting to us
I understand your concern
1. Regarding belly button, Kindly send me a good quality photo so that I can be sure of diagnosis and advice accordingly. Also, mention whether there is any discharge/blood staining/foul smell/pain. Does the bubble enlarges while crying?
2. To increase milk output, take care of the following:
a. Have a healthy diet with enough amounts of proteins(pulses/dairy/non-veg), green leafy vegetable and fruits
b. Drink enough fluids. Dehydration decreases milk
c. Ensure adequate sleep and keep your mood happy- inadequate sleep and mental stress significantly reduces milk
d. During each feeds, always try direct breast feeds before formula. Formula to be used as a top-up soon after breast feeds; never as a first feed when baby is hungry. The vigorous suck at breast by a hungry baby increases milk production.
e. Treat any painful conditions like nipple cracks. Pain also will decrease milk output.
3. To reduce leg pain, we need to control body weight. Try to attain pre-pregnancy weight by reducing calorie/fat in diet and doing regular simple exercise. You can use Paracetamol when pain is significant. Also, can consult a physiotherapist if no improvement.
I hope this answer help

Brief Answer:
Umbilical hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Thank you for sharing the image
I have seen the image
It is UMBILICAL HERNIA
Nothing to worry. Most of the time, it will disappear it’s own by 1 year of age.
Surgery is needed only if it persists beyond 4-5 years of age, which is very rare
Be relaxed
If you have any further queries , I will be happy to help . otherwise, You can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer. Thank you
