Brief Answer:
Try zinc oxide

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Diaper rash is very common at this age . It is because of a combination of various factors including chemical reaction with diaper components, lack of air circulation, hypersensitivity and sometimes superimposed bacterial or fungal infection .
I would usually suggest these tips to such patients in my clinic
1. Avoid nonstop diaper use , use only for few hours at night , keep changing frequently
2. Apply zinc oxide cream available over the counter , multiple times each day ( apply after each urine or stool passage )
3. Don’t use wipes especially fragrant ones . Use regular water and soft cloth for cleaning .
If still not settling , show to Pediatrician and may need antiseptics or antifungals too.
Regards
Dr Arun
