How Do You Get Rid Of Intermittent Scrotum Itch?
Question: Have significant scrotum itch. Comes and goes. Day and night. 77 Not sexually active since prostate surgery 1997. Have not traveled last 10 years so no hotel bug likely. Just had annual physical so no UTI and manual testicle check. No visible rash. No swelling. Have winter itch - legs, mid section and nipples. All respond to anti-itch salve. Tried baby powder to keep dry. Tried anti-itch salve. Tried diaper rash ointment. Nothing seems to work. My amateur view is that it is not an external agent. Legs rubbing next to testicles do not itch. Includes penis at times. Am lightly incontinent. Have tried changing underwear multiple times a day. Nothing seems to work. Others on the internet chats seem to have the same problem. Causes? Treatments?
