MY SGOT IS 62
HOW CAN I REDUCE ?

Hi,

Though your SGPT and SGOT is elevated, they are not considered concerning.

Values above 100 (SGPT and SGOT) are considered alarming and need medical attention. You need not be worried about your values here. No need for medications.

I am assuming all other liver function tests are normal and you do not have any specific symptoms. If my assumption is wrong, please specify in the follow-up.
