How Does Arcoxia Take To Show Its Effect For Wrist Pain?

Question: Hi, I have been prescribed arcoxia 90mg for hand and wrist pain following a steroid injection for arthritis. Could you tell me how long it is effective for please? The prescription is one tablet daily. I started it yesterday. It has helped me a lot. I noticed that the pain started to come back about 24 hours later.
