Brief Answer:
No specific side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Mifepristone leads to the death of the fetus by separating the fetus from the uterus.
However, if the pregnancy continues after taking mifepristone, then there is not much greater risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
There are no specific congenital defects in the fetus due to mifepristone which are visible in ultrasound.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
